You may return an unused and undamaged product within 30 days of delivery.
Before returning an item, contact us at william@getcoolwave.co.uk. We will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. CoolWave pays the return postage for faulty products and valid warranty claims.
We will inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
CoolWave products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear.
To make a warranty claim, contact william@getcoolwave.co.uk. CoolWave pays the return postage for valid warranty claims.
